+
+The `whenEmpty` method will execute the given callback when the collection is empty:
+

+const collection = collect([]);
+
+collection.whenEmpty(c => c.push('Mohamed Salah'));
+
+collection.all();

+// ['Mohamed Salah']
+```

+const collection = collect(['Sadio Mané']);
+
+collection.whenEmpty(
